At MIT MY Studio, we design for your stage moments, ensuring every piece embodies effortless grace, quality, and fluid movement. If your selection does not feel like the perfect fit for your movement ritual, we are happy to assist you with a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Criteria

To honor our dedication to flawless craftsmanship and hygiene, returned garments must strictly meet the following conditions:

Pristine Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and completely free from any traces of cosmetics, deodorant, perfume, or studio use.

Original Packaging: All original tags, labels, and signature packaging must remain fully intact and attached.

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation number is required to process your request.

Return Shipping & Responsibilities

As an independent brand dedicated to mindful, high-quality, and limited production, we do not issue prepaid return labels.

Shipping Costs: All costs associated with return shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer and are strictly non-refundable.

International & Customs: For shipments outside the European Union (including the United States), any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees incurred during the return process must be fully prepaid by the sender. Packages with unpaid duties upon arrival at our studio will be rejected.

Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for returned items remain entirely with the customer until the merchandise physically arrives at our facility and is signed for by our team. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. MIT MY Studio cannot assume liability for items misdirected, delayed, or lost by your chosen carrier.

The Return Process

Initiate: Contact our team at hello.mitmy@gmail.com with your order number to formally request a return. Please note that packages sent back to us without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Prepare: Securely package your items in their original boxing to ensure they are fully protected during transit.

Ship: Send the package using your preferred carrier to the specific return address provided by our team upon approval.

Refund: Once your return is received and meticulously inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval of your refund.

Non-Refundable Costs: Original shipping fees, processing fees, and any customs duties paid at the time of purchase are strictly non-refundable. Only the purchase price of the eligible returned garment will be credited back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your banking institution to process and post the transaction.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take immense pride in the design and execution of every line. However, if you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at hello.mitmy@gmail.com so we can personally evaluate the issue and make it right.
