At MIT MY Studio, we deliver our fashion-level dancewear worldwide, bringing the essence of the stage straight to your studio. Every order is meticulously packaged and dispatched from our studio in Berlin, Germany.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Rates Calculated at Checkout: Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country, weight, and size of your package. The exact shipping fee will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout before you finalize your payment.

Standard Delivery (DHL): All standard orders are safely shipped via DHL and follow official DHL international transit timelines depending on your country.

Express Shipping: If you require your garments urgently for a performance, shoot, or event, we are happy to assist. Please send us a brief email at hello.mitmy@gmail.com before placing your order, and we will personally calculate express shipping options and rates for you.

Processing: As we focus on mindful production, please allow 1–3 business days for our team to prepare and package your order.

Tracking: Once your package is dispatched, you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing your DHL tracking number to follow its journey.

International Shipping & Customs Duties

We proudly ship to dance communities across the globe, including the United States, the United Kingdom, and beyond.

Important Notice for International Orders (Outside the EU): All international shipments may be subject to local customs duties, import taxes, and carrier handling fees governed by the destination country.

Recipient Responsibility: These additional charges are strictly the sole responsibility of the customer/recipient and must be paid upon arrival to release your package from customs. MIT MY Studio has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. Please note that original shipping fees paid at checkout do not include these local duties.

Refusal of Delivery: If a package is rejected or unclaimed due to a refusal to pay local customs duties, the carrier will return the package to our studio. Any customs penalties, storage fees, and return shipping costs charged to us by the carrier will be strictly deducted from your final refund.

Delivery Issues & Risk of Loss

Unclaimed Packages: If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided during checkout or failure to collect it from the local postal branch, the costs of the return transit will be deducted from your refund.

Lost in Transit: MIT MY Studio is not liable for unexpected delays, customs hold-ups, or packages lost by the postal carrier. However, our team is always here to help you trace your shipment and provide the necessary documentation.
